Founded by Oliver Dennis, Lasker Trap Development Capital is a new investment company specifically for SMEs.
Oliver is an experienced entrepreneur and acknowledged business leader. He was founder and CEO of one of the largest global independent healthcare marketing businesses. Over twenty years, Oliver grew his business from a start-up to over 1300 people across 22 office locations throughout the UK, USA, Europe and Singapore.
He has led 15 acquisitions and 4 private equity-backed management buy-outs. Oliver also has particular affinity and expertise for supporting SMEs along with a wide range of healthcare businesses.
As co-founder of Lasker Trap, Ruth has a passion for working closely with management teams.
She is naturally inquisitive and has a gift for sales and marketing. Ruth trained in accounting but went on to become a Senior Corporate Finance Partner at BDO advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. She has also held senior commercial roles in both the energy, healthcare and marketing sectors.
